Description

These morning yoga classes are designed to aid you on your postnatal journey, giving you a chance to reconnect to your body, mind and baby after giving birth. You will be guided to move safely through your postnatal recovery while providing a space for bonding with your baby. The class will help to support you physically, emotionally and mentally as you transition postnatally.

Each class is designed with the focus on Mum in mind, we will work towards gently and safely strengthening the pelvic floor to re-establish stability through your body. We will flow from Mum to Baby Yoga synergising both as we move seamlessly incorporating gentle strengthening and stretching to energise your body and increase fitness levels. 

We will also incorporate breath work and relaxation to allow you time to unwind, coming away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

* Classes are suitable from 8 weeks postpartum for vaginal delivery or as soon as your doctor or women’s health physio has given you the go ahead and 12 weeks postpartum for C-Section delivery

WITH EACH COURSE BOOKING YOU WILL BE GIFTED ONE CLASS PASS TO ANY OF THE OTHER (NON BABY) CLASSES FOR A LIL ME TIME
